Snorlax has a case of the munchies and is chowing down on his favourite thorns!
This wool painting has been inspired by the wonderful generation 1 Pokémon characters.
Nestled in the forest you will find Pikachu, sleeping Cubone, Diglett, Charmander, Caterpie, Jigglypuff, Eevee and the giant sleeping Snorlax.
Every aspect of this picture has been sculpted from ethically sourced wool and natural fibres, using needle and wet felting techniques.
The thorny vines are wired inside and can be carefully adjusted. Cubone is jointed with thread allowing their limbs and head to gently move.
This 3D artwork has taken many months to craft and well over 300 hours. It is fixed to a plywood board and framed in a floating frame.

Omega Shift approaches! We're within 24 hours of the end of this year's Desert Bus for Hope 2022 (at least, so far). So, ahead of tomorrow's finale, we wanted to tease one of the final giveaways scheduled for this year's event...
That's right! We've had a Legend of Zelda Master Sword, a Final Fantasy VII Buster Sword, and now this year Heroic Replicas has donated a replica Minecraft Diamond Sword! It's made from aluminum and acrylic gems and very pixel-y.

Hello and welcome to that last leg of silent auctions! We only have a few things left before we go into O M E G A! These two end at 10am PST so get over there quick like bunnies!
First up we have not one, not two, but THREE quilts of Howl & Sophie. These three quilts capture the development of Howl and Sophie's blossoming love from the film Howl's Moving Castle. Each depicts a frame from the film that shows a shift in their relationship all depicted against the same blue sky.
Next is this adorable selection of Felted Food Plushies! Each plush is approximately 3" tall, handsewn and stuffed, and imbued with plenty of kawaii charm. The full set includes 17 individual plushies and display accessories.

During this year's Desert Bus, Zeta is coming at you live and... Well, not in-person. We're the only shift this year that's remote, so we wanted to show off our set-ups! Please don't judge our messy desks, they're fun! And quirky!
Beej isn't quite working from home, but Beej still provided a tour of his set up from the (maybe haunted?) Moonbase!

Over the three quilts there are about 1582 individual pieces, uncountable stitches and many, many hours spent assembling. Each quilt measures roughly 30.5 x 17.5 inches and is made of 100% cotton, minus the small glass beaded accents. All the quilts come with a handy little hanging sleeve on the back and the plea that you treat them gently!
