It feels kind of weird having a “silent” auction with anything involving the Doctor, but we have some very memorable items! Don’t blink or you might miss out on these:

Only 30 short minutes until the live auction for this amazing set of sparkling, colorful, masterfully blown set of four glass Pac-Man ghosts by Paul Roberts! Each figure has a diameter of approximately three inches and the heights vary from roughly five to seven inches.

Apparently the father of the man who has been delivering our food all week is an AMAZING ARTIST by the name of Iain McCaig and he has, spur-of-the-moment, donated an original piece of art from the “Fleeting Aven” card from Onslaught. This is beautiful. I don’t know anything about Magic, but I know that this is beautiful.
Iain McCaig is best known for his cover art for Jethro Tull’s ‘Broadsword and the Beast’ and for his Star Wars designs for Queen Amidala and Darth Maul. His other films include ‘Interview With the Vampire’, ‘Dracula’, ‘Terminator 2’, ‘Hook’, ‘Peter Pan’, ‘Charlotte’s Web’, ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’, ‘John Carter’, ‘Jack the Giant Killer’, and ‘The Avengers’. He is also a Chesley nominated illustrator, having illustrated books ranging from ‘Fighting Fantasy’ to J.R.R.Tolkien’s ‘The Hobbit’.
In October 2008, Palace Press International published ‘Shadowline-the Art of Iain McCaig’, a 28 year retrospective of his film and publishing work.
Currently, McCaig is developing an original live-action feature film, ‘The Book of Secrets’.

Bill’s mom has once again busted out another embarrassing Bill story, which we decided to turn into an art challenge. Turns out when Bill was a kid, he wanted his mom to buy him some maxi pads since he’d heard they come with “wings”.
We challenged our Desert Bus viewers to draw Bill with wings and he picked his favourite. Congrats Jason!
