DONATION DRIVE! Funko MtG Planeswalkers Set!

So not only does Funko make the adorable Pop figures we all know and love, but they also make some pretty fan-bussing-tastic action figures as well. We at Desert Bus would like to extend a thank you to Foo in downtown Victoria. Foo showed us a great amount of support this year, specifically during the set up of the run. Foo offered free lunches for many of the volunteers and crew members while we set up the Lunar Module Mk.2.

Foo FOOD serves up a wide range of asian inspired dishes. Drawing on influences from throughout Asia, Foo is tribute to the Asian street food culture. Situated at the corner of Yates and Blanshard, Foo combines a “hawker stall” feel with a modern and personal atmosphere.

I’m sure the Nevada landscape is actually much more thrilling than this.

We’ve seen Magic: The Gathering cards before for Desert Bus, but this year, we’re challenging the community to come up with their best Magic: The Gathering card for the Nevada desert, the picturesque landscape featured in (at least part) of Desert Bus. (Or it could be all of Desert Bus; we really can’t tell the difference.)

As for the winner? They’ll receive an Official Desert Bus 9 T-Shirt!
