The cah-caws are no more! This year, Alpha Flight is throwing things back to those long forgotten days where you actually had to drive to a store to find movies to watch. Ahh… the VHS had so many features… you could play… pause… uhh… it remembered where you stopped playing…?
Thankfully, here in 2019, it’s a lot easier to watch the latest video highlights on this thing they call The Internet. Here’s what you’ve missed during the first Alpha Flight shift of Desert Bus for Hope 2019.
Check out the radical new Alpha Flight intro video! (We’re number one! Alphabetically!)
New Alpha Flight team member Jacob needs a primer on how to drive the bus.
We found Creepy Doll. Creepy Doll is in the building.
We read a few cards from RoboRosewater.
We Caramelldansen our way to $100,000! (Thank you!)
And finally, a message from the Snorsh Tourism board.

We’d like to take a moment to thank one of our Prize Sponsors for this year’s Desert Bus for Hope: Ysbryd Games!
Ysbyrd Games is an publisher that is looking for spirited independent game developers who hunger to create games with magic. They provide a rock-solid bridge for every step of the video game publishing journey: fundraising, polishing, and marketing. They’ve seen lots of hopeful indie devs get derailed by the realities and difficulties of video game publishing; they’ve walked the road themselves and are here to help out.
In addition to donating prizes to this year’s event, we also welcome Ysbyrd’s community manager, Jacob Burgess, joining us on Alpha Flight every day during the event. Thank you Ysbyrd for your support of Desert Bus for Hope!
Is there a space on your wall, or on your bookshelf, or in your Pinny Arcade collection binder, that needs to be filled with Desert Bus for Hope memories that you can look back on year-round? Well, good news: this year’s Desert Bus for Hope merch is now live on the LoadingReadyRun store!

- This year’s Desert Bus for Hope Pinny Arcade Pin, featuring a very fresh pine tree air freshener hanging off the rear view window.

As always, these are pre-order items and partial proceeds from every sale go towards this year’s run total. (Check out the individual items for details on each.)
And, don’t forget about the super radical Desert Bus for Hope 2019 T-Shirt, currently available on Fangamer.
Koroks- those tiny, frustrating, delightful forest spirits from the Legend of Zelda games- make the perfect plush companion. No two are exactly alike- and no two of our Korok plushies are exactly the same! Our main line includes “spring” Koroks with leaf mask faces embroidered on green fleece. These limited edition Autumn Koroks were a short run special edition and were only ever sold in-person at conventions. These are the last four available, only here at Desert Bus for Hope 2019!
Donate $9.03 (or multiples thereof) for a chance to win this prize. We’ll run this donation drive until 3:10pm PST.
