Doctor Geof is the UK’s foremost alternative history artist, known for his very unique style in his series of portraits, badges and comics. Over the past decade Doctor Geoff has created an extensive portfolio of Steampunk works. Much of his work is based on military history and the Victorian style can be easily seen throughout his various pieces. His work has also been featured in multiple exhibitions throughout the UK.

Doctor Geof contributed many items for our charity run in years past and this year shall be no different. Thank you Doctor Geoff for your continued support.

After an extensive judging process (because the amount of entries and the quality of all of them were insane), we were able to narrow it down to two winners. We split the challenge into an adult, and a kid section due to how many entries from younger viewers we had. On the left we have Skylar (AllegroSky) and on the right we have Kara! Congratulations to both of our winners. We also want to give an honourable mention to Armiyana who made the judging of our Adult portion extremely difficult.

You know it, you love it, it’s the Desert Bus-Famous Kraken Dance! 

Liz wants to see you put your best foo-leg—-dance thing forward and make your own version.

We would like to see your own rendition of the Kraken dance, lasting no more than 12 seconds ideally. Whether it’s youtube, instagram or vine, that part is up to you.

We are going to run this challenge until 10:00 PM PST and ask that a link to your video is emailed to contest@desertbus.org with the subject line, The Kraken. Please include the name you’d like used if you are selected as a winner.
